At Brews and Beans, we strive to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every interaction with us is positive. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, or you may change your mind. Below is our returns policy for your reference.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or honor change-of-mind requests after this period. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Exemptions

Items like gift cards and perishable goods (e.g., coffee, tea, and beverage powders) cannot be returned. While we hope you enjoy our freshly roasted coffee, we are unable to offer refunds based on taste preferences due to its limited shelf life. However, if there is a defect or quality issue, we will be happy to resolve it.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please note, original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund, and sale items are non-refundable. Replacements are available for defective or damaged items only.
