For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a track and trace service, as we cannot be held responsible for any goods that are not received. Please note that shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight. We offer standard shipping rates across New Zealand, and free shipping for orders over $75. International shipping rates may vary depending on the destination.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For freshly roasted coffee, please allow an additional 1-2 days to ensure your product is as fresh as possible.
Delivery Times

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Please note, we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes.
Shipping Costs and Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return a product, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact our support team at hello@brewsandbeans.co.nz. We recommend using a track and trace service for high-value items, as we cannot be responsible for lost items once shipped.
